Phyllis Cameron Quilt Display

Amherst is a town of grand Victorian homes, one of which is owned by quilter Phyllis Cameron. Each year during the Fibre Arts Festival, Phyllis opens her home to visitors to view her beautiful quilts.
Included in the display are quilts stitched by other family members, including this one by Aunt Margaret.
It was breathtaking to see the quilts in this beautifully decorated and restored home.
Room after room was a visual delight.

Thank you Phyllis for inviting us in.

  1. OMG Once I'd seen that bright "stained glass" looking one hanging on the wall, well that would be it for me! The one with the yellows, oranges, reds, purples and blacks second from the end........that is my favourite quilt to date! It is STUNNING! I have used all those colours before, and have made stained glass blocks with the purples and blacks, but NEVER would I have imagined to put the rest of the colours together with it! GORGEOUS!

Thanks for sharing these pics with us!
